ClickaDial.

Call Centre link from your website!

14 February 2000

C.a.T.S. has announced its ClickaDial button, which provides the facility for customers browsing a Web site to click on a button, enter a telephone number and then be called within seconds by a customer service agent!  This application  can be used by small to large organizations, and a call centre is not a requirement.

Benefits to you (owner of a website)

Benefits to you (the customer browsing a site)

How does it work?

A link is established between the web page and an IVR system.  On submitting the form with the browser's telephone number the IVR is instructed to connect the Customer Service agent and the browser at the supplied number!

What is required?

The browser does not need any special hardware or software - just a link to internet with a browser like Internet Explorer or Netscape. (any browser should work)

The vendor only  need to add the ClickaDial button to the web pages from where a response is expected.  The IVR could be on the vendor's premises or C.a.T.S. could provide it as a service.

Test it!
