The ClickaDial button can be added to any website.  The person browsing the site clicks on a button,  which then pops up a form,  requesting the phone number.

After the telephone number has been entered,  the number is transmitted to the ClickaDial system.  The system will then  initiate the calls to the customer representative and to the browser. 

If the customer representative is not available,  the browser is still called and informed.

After the call is completed,  the system logs the call details which are also being used for billing purposes.

The browser could optionally be requested to complete a form while waiting for the call.  It is an easy way to obtain more information about the browser.
