Do we need to have a Call Centre?
No, a call centre is not a requirement.  Even a SOHO could use the facility on a single page web site!  The system   could phone a plumber on his or her mobile phone!

What happens if the browser surfs from home and doesn't have a voice line available?
The form allows for the call to be scheduled 5 or 10 minutes later,  when the line would be available.

Will it be used by visitors to my site?
Browsers hesitate to do business on the Internet. We believe that a personal relationship is necessary in many cases.  Companies like Dell, Compaq and Go are already using call back facilities.  A deal could be lost because a potential customer hesitates to buy because of a question in his or her mind.
