A Home School Fun Day is planned for the 29th September at Hillcrest Christian Academy, Inanda Road, Hillcrest. There will be wacky races, sprints and fun for the whole family from 9am to noon, food & craft stalls, and various children's competitions. Exhibitors will be on show the whole day. They will include a wide range of educational products and services and extramural activities and hobbies. There will be hourly presentations by the major curriculum providers. 

The children's competitions will include Geography Poster, Science Fair, and Arts/Crafts Items, and will be judged in three separate age groups.

There will also be a workshop for new or prospective home schoolers from 2 - 4 pm on the day.
