How do children learn - and how do they not learn? Why doesn't the child understand! What can I do to help a child to learn better - what should I avoid? Learning styles - does my child learn differently?

In the workshop, parents explore and compare their own experience and ways of learning to lay a foundation for understanding their children's learning. Participants consider conditions for active, constructive learning; the family as learning environment; testing and assessment in home education; and other topics introduced by participants.
